I'm Darren and I'm currently working as a lifeguard at Safra ToaPayoh. It is a tough tough job. People may always say ' Lifeguard? That's a piece of cake, sitting there doing nothing and earning way more than others.' but it is no easy task.
Being in the sun is tough, with the Sun going against you and you would always pray that it would rain so that you will be refreshed. We always pray that wind would come to give us a breeze too!
But being a lifeguard, for people like my friend who fantanize too much on people like guys being hot and such would have a harder time as it ACHES so much that they didn't notice you too much or so. (being in her shoes) so it's best to come without any emotions? Nahh! No one said that exactly!
Wells, I have to say, its tough trying to make a movie during my free time and it's limited thanks to my work.
I hate working so much but I dont have a choice. Lifeguards keep lives secured and we do this so ensure you that you'll have a fun time swimming and not fear the water too much cause of being drowned by the currents or so! So as a lifeguard, I'll say ' Enjoy Swimming :) '
